AlphaToData is an independent tool designed to help users extract, save, and organize publicly available data from LinkedIn for personal and professional productivity. It does not automate scraping, bypass security mechanisms, or access any non-public LinkedIn content. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. Use of this tool must comply with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and Google Chrome Web Store policies.
1. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and take care to protect your data. Here’s how we handle your information:
- Email & Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication to securely register/login users via email and password.
- Saved Profiles: Profiles you save are stored locally in your browser and (optionally) securely synced to your AlphaToData account for backup and multi-device access — enhancing your experience.
- Data Collection: We do not collect or sell your LinkedIn data. Any profile information remains private and under your control.
- No Background Tracking: The extension operates only on your actions. We do not run background scripts, track you, or spy on your activity.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or analytics platforms.
2. Terms & Conditions
- You must be 13+ years old to use AlphaToData.
- You agree not to use AlphaToData for illegal activities, automated scraping, or violation of third-party terms.
- Users are responsible for how they use saved or exported LinkedIn data.
- AlphaToData is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for misuse or external service bans.
- You may use AlphaToData on devices and accounts you own or are authorized to use.
3. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us:
- Full refund available within 7 days of purchase for any paid plan.
- Email info@alphatodata.com with your payment reference & reason.
- No refunds after 7 days unless legally required, or for misuse or policy violations.
4. Data Security
We use encryption and secure infrastructure to protect your information — both locally and in the cloud (when you opt-in to sync).
5. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, correct, or delete your account data anytime by contacting us.
- Opt-out of non-essential communications at any time.
6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
We comply with GDPR and CCPA. You have the right to access, correct, port, delete, or restrict your data, and to opt-out of any data processing where applicable.
7. Cookie Policy
We only use essential cookies to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
